CUSTOMIZATION

 

Please enter the name exactly as you want it to appear on your necklace, including the correct spelling and capitalization. Once your order has been submitted for production, no changes can be made.

 

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

 

Personalized orders are submitted for production twice each month: on the 15th and the last day of the month.

 

• Orders received by the 15th will be included in the 15th production batch.

 

• Orders received after the 15th will be included in the month-end production batch.

 

Production normally takes approximately 2–3 weeks after the batch is submitted. Once we receive and inspect your jewelry, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

 

Depending on when your order is placed, processing may take up to approximately five weeks before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional. If your purchase is a gift, please order well in advance.
